We are a company with 6 years of experience, whose main purpose is to develop clean and sustainable processes, complying with all standards and regulations for local and export products.

The company was designed for a mineral water bottling plant, with spacious offices and infrastructure for a high-quality company. Spacious offices and beautiful landscapes in a natural setting, located in the El Volante neighborhood on the El Encanto estate, just 15 minutes from the town center of Macanal. Ecological trails and a butterfly farm provide comfort for employees.

The bottling plant process is based on:

Mineral Water Process

The bottling plant process is based on:

• Codex Standard 108 - 1981 for natural mineral waters

• Decree 3075 of December 1997

• Resolution 2115 of 2007

The filtration process begins with 60-inch x 18-inch fiberglass structural tanks with wash and backwash valves, containing silica sand, anthracite, and activated carbon filter beds to remove suspended solids, impurities, odors, and clarify the water.

The water treatment plant is supplied with water from a natural spring where it originates, using three concrete sedimentation tanks to remove floating or suspended particles. From there, the water is stored in two 5,000-liter conical plastic tanks externally in food-grade PCBs. It is then pumped to the plant using a 3 HP multistage pump.

We have a state-of-the-art Philips 24.24.8 monoblock machine. This machine handles several complete filling lines, each with 7,000 to 8,000 bottles per hour. These lines range from the impeller turbine to the 24-nozzle bottle washing process to ensure the asepsis of the container both internally and externally. The lines then proceed to the 24-nozzle filling process and the 8-nozzle capping process, passing through the quality inspection lamp, via the conveyor belt to the labeler, the 20- or 24-unit lane-racking process, and finishing the process with heat-sealing machines to complete the packaging of our product.

It is powered by a 1 HP jet pump that directs the water to two UV lamps using ultraviolet light, which disinfects the water without chemicals, destroying the genetic material of viruses, bacteria, and other microorganisms. Finally, the bottling process begins using a state-of-the-art Philips 24.24.8 monobloc machine.

The water then passes through three parallel filtration lines using activated carbon cartridges, 5-micron microfiltration, and another 10-micron filter to trap microorganisms, bacteria, and pathogens. It then continues with ultrafiltration membranes (0.04 to 0.1 μm) that further eliminate fine particles, colloids, algae, and bacteria.

Finally, the water is disinfected with UV lamps, destroying the genetic material of viruses, bacteria, and other microorganisms without the need for chemicals. It is then stored in two 5,000-liter white food-grade internal tanks.

The ancient Muisca believed that a sacred spring originated in Macanal, a gift from the goddess Chía and guarded by Bachué, the mother of humanity. On its banks, the tribes offered drops of water to the earth as a sign of gratitude, believing that whoever drank from it received strength, clarity, and healing, using it to heal body and soul.
